45 TON HYDRAULIC COMMERCIAL TOOL SET, KING PIN, HUB PULLER, BALL JOINT SPLITTER
This heavy-duty set combines five key components to provide a complete on-vehicle hydraulic system for commercial workshops. Designed around the 45 ton hydraulic cylinder, the set allows kingpin replacement, hub pulling, and other pressing tasks to be performed directly on the vehicle without removing axles or using a workshop press.
The Universal Kingpin Press serves as the main framework, used with the included 45 ton hydraulic cylinder with hammering head. This setup enables kingpin removal on trucks and buses, including conical types, while the cylinder’s impact-ready design applies additional shock force during operation.
The hydraulic hub pulling legs utilise the top press plate of the kingpin press to remove seized hubs on commercial vehicles and buses. These legs are built for 8-bolt and 10-bolt hub patterns and allow direct hub removal without dismantling surrounding assemblies.
Also included is the hydraulic commercial ball joint splitter, providing safe, controlled removal of large ball joints, brake adjusters, and wheel bolts. The hydraulic circlip removal tool completes the set, offering controlled expansion for extracting tight or corroded circlips.
To operate the system, a hydraulic foot pump is required — either the manual model (part no. 80255560) or the pneumatic model (part no. 80255570).
