UNIVERSAL GLOW PLUG THREAD REPAIR SET M8X1, M10X1
This set allows the restoration of existing glow plug threads in the cylinder head using guided M8x1 or M10x1 taps, provided the thread is not excessively damaged.
If the thread is beyond repair, the damaged material is removed with the reamer, a larger oversize thread is cut into the cylinder head, and a special steel insert is installed. The glow plug can then be reinstalled into the repaired thread.
