INJECTOR REMOVAL KIT 20TON PSA 2.0L / 2.2L (DW10 / DW12) WITH CYLINDER
This injector removal set is designed for the PSA 2.0 L and 2.2 L DW10 and DW12 engines and uses a 20 ton hydraulic cylinder to apply controlled pulling force directly to the injector. It is intended for removing seized Delphi injectors on the vehicle, avoiding the need to strip major engine components. A self-levelling pull plate keeps the force aligned vertically, helping prevent the injector from tilting or binding during extraction, which reduces the risk of breakage or damage to the cylinder head. The guided setup ensures the pull is applied centrally to the injector body, giving a smooth and controlled extraction even on heavily corroded or carbon-bound injectors. Built for repeated workshop use, the system provides a safe and reliable method for dealing with injectors that cannot be removed using conventional hand tools, reducing time, effort and the likelihood of additional repair work.
