INJECTOR SHAFT CLEANING & SEAT CUTTING SET MODULES 1 & 2
This injector cleaning and seat cutting set includes five sizes of shaft cleaning brushes and matching seat cleaning brushes for removing carbon and debris from the injector bore. Nozzle blanks are supplied to stop contamination entering the engine while cleaning is carried out. The kit also includes a seat cutter with the two most common cutting blades for preparing the sealing seat accurately, along with a dedicated brush for cleaning the nozzle hole. Together, these tools provide a controlled and effective method for cleaning the injector bore and restoring the sealing seat before refitting the injector.
