Professional set for refacing or cutting the injector shaft seat within the cylinder head, ensuring a correct sealing surface for the copper washer.
The seat cutters reface the injector seat in precise 0.05 mm increments, removing minimal material and allowing continued use of a standard copper washer thickness. The upper guide tube maintains the cutter shaft perfectly vertical to ensure a square and even cut. In cases of seat damage where additional material removal is necessary, the integrated depth gauge can be adjusted to match the thickness of an oversized copper washer, preserving the injector’s original installation height.
