NEW FORD TRANSIT 20 TON HYDRAULIC INJECTOR REMOVAL KIT STAGE 1 & 2 FROM 2016
Our latest upgraded hydraulic injector removal kit has been developed specifically for the Ford 2.0L EcoBlue TDCi (YNF6) engine fitted from 2016 onwards. Featuring a powerful 20 ton hydraulic cylinder and a new patented injector clamp design, this kit provides increased pulling force and improved grip on heavily seized injectors.
Designed for use directly on the vehicle, the kit uses a proven 2 stage extraction process. Stage 1 attempts to remove the injector without damage using a force-limiting shear bolt, allowing the injector to be reused where possible. If the injector cannot be removed, Stage 2 applies the full 20 tons of hydraulic force to extract even the most stubborn injectors.
Please note: Stage 2 dismantles the injector during removal, meaning it cannot be reused.
Where severe corrosion causes the injector to separate, leaving the nozzle section in the cylinder head, the kit includes the necessary tools to remove the remaining injector nozzle.
Suitable for Ford Transit models with both FWD and RWD layouts, with no need to remove the engine or cylinder head.
