The 32 ton hydraulic cylinder with hammering head is a multi‑role unit designed to work across a wide range of on‑vehicle applications. It can be integrated with various tooling from our equipment range, allowing operations such as king pin replacement, hub pulling, spring eye bush extraction and wheel bearing renewal to be carried out directly on the vehicle with minimal strip‑down. This flexibility means the cylinder can remain in use as additional accessories are added over time.
The cylinder can be driven by a manual hydraulic foot pump (part no. 80255560) or by a pneumatic foot pump (part no. 80255570). Where components are severely seized, the cylinder body is designed to accept hammer impact, applying a shock force that assists in releasing the part.
